Legal notice
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. Website owner
aimotions is a personal, non-commercial project. It shows no advertising and sells nothing; voluntary donations through Ko-fi help cover hosting, maintenance and new styles. Its owner and the person responsible for it is:
- Owner: Alejandro López Martínez (develatter)
- E-mail: contacto@develatter.com
- Website: https://aimotions.art (the “Site”)
2. Purpose of the Site
aimotions is a free library of motion graphics style references. Each style has an animated demo built with code and a written prompt that describes the style so that it can be recreated with any tool or AI model. The Site is free to use, requires no registration and is funded by voluntary donations.
3. Terms of use
By browsing the Site you accept this legal notice. You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith, and not to interfere with its operation or security. Automated access (including search engines and AI crawlers) is welcome as long as it respects robots.txt and does not impair the service.
4. Intellectual property
The design of the Site, its source code, the animated demos, the texts and the selection and arrangement of the collection are owned by the owner and are protected by intellectual property law, including the database right over the collection (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996). All rights not expressly granted below are reserved.
Free use of the prompts. You may copy, adapt and use any individual prompt, and anything you create with it, in personal and commercial projects, without having to give credit (credit is appreciated). You may not republish the collection or a substantial part of it (for example as another library, a dataset, a template pack or a product) without written permission.
Typefaces. The demos use open-source typefaces licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 or the Apache License 2.0. Their names and authors are credited on the About page.
Trademarks. Names of third-party products mentioned on the Site (for example AI models or assistants) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. aimotions is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. Style names describe generic visual genres, art movements and techniques and do not refer to any brand, work or person.
If you believe that any content of the Site infringes your rights, write to contacto@develatter.com with the details; it will be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed promptly.
5. Liability
Demos and prompts are provided as creative references, “as is”. Results produced by AI models vary and are outside the owner’s control: before publishing anything you create, check that it does not infringe third-party rights (such as trademarks, typefaces or images) and that it complies with the law. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for interruptions, errors or the content of external websites linked from the Site. Nothing in this notice limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
6. Links to other websites
The Site links to third-party services such as Ko-fi. The owner has no control over them and is not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply. Any link to unlawful content will be removed as soon as the owner becomes aware of it.
7. Donations
Donations through Ko-fi are voluntary gifts to support the project. They do not create any obligation to provide a service or a product in return. Payments are processed by Ko-fi and its payment providers under their own terms; the owner never receives your card details.
8. Accessibility and safety
Every animation can be paused with the “Motion” switch, animations stop automatically when your system asks for reduced motion, and demos are checked so that no content flashes more than three times per second.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable rules; if you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where the law grants you that right.
