Privacy policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit aimotions.art (the “Site”), in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

  • No accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter, no forms.
  • No analytics and no cookies.
  • Your animation preference (“Motion” on/off) is saved only in your own browser and is never sent to anyone.
  • No third-party scripts are loaded: the Site shows no third-party advertising.

You are not required to provide any personal data to use the Site.

4. Who receives the data

  • Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting and content delivery, acting as processor under a data processing agreement.
  • Soluciones Corporativas IP, S.L. (DonDominio, Spain): e-mail hosting for the contact address, acting as processor.
  • Ko-fi Labs Limited (United Kingdom): only if you decide to donate. Ko-fi and its payment providers process the payment as independent controllers under Ko-fi’s privacy policy; the owner never receives your card details.
  • Public authorities, only when required by law.

Personal data is never sold.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data in the United States. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, so these transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023; any other transfer would rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, to object to it, and for data portability. Write to contacto@develatter.com; you will receive an answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es, or with the supervisory authority of your country.

7. Automated decisions

The owner does not take automated decisions or build profiles about visitors.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.

9. Security

The Site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS with HSTS), collects as little data as possible and keeps no visitor database.

This policy will be updated if the way the Site processes data changes; the date at the top always shows the latest revision.
