Multiverse Comic

Make [TEXT] look like a panel from a stylized animated comic film. Print everything as four-color offset on warm off-white newsprint: cyan, magenta and yellow halftone dots at different screen angles, solid black line art. Set [TEXT] in bold slanted action capitals with a thick black outline, yellow-to-orange fill and a purple 3D drop block, over a radial burst, a teal-to-magenta halftone sky and a black city skyline with lit windows. Let the cyan and magenta plates sit slightly out of register and jump to new offsets on every drawing. Animate on twos (12 drawings per second): the word glitches in with the color plates split wide and snapping together, holds with small pose changes and occasional horizontal tear glitches, then splits apart again and loops.
