Felt-Tip Scribble Fill

Animate [TEXT] like a child coloring in a page with felt-tip markers on bright white paper. First outline chunky bold letters with a thin, wobbly black felt-tip line, quickly and imperfectly. Then fill each letter with a different saturated marker color (red, orange, yellow, green, teal, blue, violet, pink) using fast back-and-forth zigzag scribbles at a slight diagonal that cover each part of the letter and overshoot the outline here and there, leaving tiny white gaps; where strokes overlap the ink gets darker. A felt-tip pen of the current color races along the scribble. A couple of spare pens lie on the page. Hold, then slide the sheet off to reveal a fresh one and loop.
