Pixel Sorting Drip
A pixel-sorting text effect: pixels under each letter are sorted by brightness, so the word drips long gradient streaks over a sunset, then pulls them back. A hallmark of glitch art for album covers, posters and music visuals.
Prompt · replace [TEXT]
Tool-agnosticApply a pixel-sorting glitch to [TEXT]. Set [TEXT] in a heavy wide geometric sans, pure white, over a banded sunset gradient that runs from deep indigo through magenta and coral to gold, with a soft glowing sun. In every pixel column, take the run of pixels that starts at the bottom edge of each letter and continues downward, and sort it by brightness, brightest first, so each letter melts into straight vertical streaks that fade from white into the background colors. Sort bright background patches the opposite way into shorter bars. Animate the drips growing down column by column at slightly different speeds, hold, then retract them back into crisp letters. Keep the letters themselves readable. Loop every 8 seconds.
