Screen Print Layers
A gig poster builds up one silkscreen pull at a time, each opaque color landing slightly off register. A tinted mesh screen drops, a squeegee drags a bead of ink across and lifts away. Based on hand-pulled screen printing; for posters and merch.
Prompt · replace [TEXT]
Tool-agnosticAnimate [TEXT] as a hand-pulled screen-printed gig poster built from four opaque ink layers on cream paper. For each layer, a wooden-framed mesh screen tinted with blue-green emulsion drops onto the sheet (the open stencil shows the shape), a squeegee drags a rolling bead of ink from top to bottom revealing the color behind it, then the screen lifts away. Layer order: sunflower yellow sun and sky dots, vermilion sunset stripes with a halftone fade, teal hills with halftone edges, and finally [TEXT] in deep navy chunky signage capitals with small supporting lines. Use coarse halftone dots for every gradient and let each color land a few pixels out of register. Hold on the finished poster with a slow push-in, then slide the sheet away to reveal a blank one and loop.
